Payments and Shipping
Payments may be made either directly to our bank via electronic fund transfer or via Paypal. We accept all major credit cards.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is a tax on all goods sold in the EU.
A VAT rate of 23% applies to all products sold with Ireland.
A VAT rate of 0% applies to EU registered companies who are also registered for VAT.
A VAT rate of 0% applies to non-EU registered companies.
The prices on our website are shown with and without VAT. The rate and the amount of VAT are shown on all orders and invoices.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. We are unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
Domestic and international delivery is made with the Irish postal service (An Post - Standard Post). The cost of delivery depends on the weight of items ordered and the delivery location. Delivery locations are divided into 4 zones as follows.

A shipping calculator is included on the order form which takes into account all of these factors. Approximate An Post - Standard Post delivery times for different delivery locations are shown in the table below:

Times are approximate and represent delivery to major cities and towns.
Delivery to outlying rural areas and islands will take longer.
Alternative delivery address
You may enter an alternative delivery address, different to your invpoice address during checkout.
All items are securely packaged in either board backed envelopes or boxes with fitted inserts to prevent damage.
We do not insure your purchased items but we guarantee your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival contact our Sales Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
We are committed to supplying quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and receive a free replacement or refund. If you intend to return your purchase you must send a Return Request to our Sales Department via email at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
The following details must be supplied in the email:
- The sale number as per receipt of purchase email.
- Your first name and surname.
- A listing of item(s) you want to return.
- Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
- Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
- Wait for our sales team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
When you receive your Return Authorization & Instructions return your item(s) packed in the original box to prevent damage during transit to the address supplied.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund.
You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Your purchase must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
